Our Mentors are drawn from a broad spectrum of business and professional backgrounds. They all have significant experience as a Business Leader. The majority of our Mentors continue to be active in a variety of director, board and advisory roles in both the commercial and not for profit arena.

How We Select Our Mentors
We look for the character, servant leadership attitude and life long commitment to personal learning and development that defines a good Mentor. We undertake a rigorous selection process over several months to ensure we can recruit the best possible people.
Qualifications of Our Mentors
Our Mentors are qualified by their life and work experience. However the ability to use this life-learning for Business Mentoring is developed through an in-depth training process developed by Merryck & Co. Training and personal development are continuous processes and our Mentors attend regular workshops and retreats.
On-going Mentor Development
Mentor training is coordinated by the local Merryck & Co. Business Leader with all members of the Faculty of Mentors supporting each other's learning through a 'buddy' system. This is enhanced by the contribution of external specialists at our regular Faculty meetings.
