Alexander Landia, Chairman of Merryck & Co UK, is Chairman of the Board of Directors of OAO SUEK, the largest Russian coal and energy company since 2006. He was elected Chairman of Year 2007 by the Association of Independent Directors of Russia.  From 2001 until joining OAO SUEK, Alexander was General Director of Accenture Russia until 2004 and thereafter became Global Gas Lead Partner.
