Marty Holleran

Marty, CEO of Merryck & Co. USA, is a product of the General Electric management training program, and rose to become a Corporate Officer. Early successes in the manufacturing, sales, marketing and distribution of major appliances, consumer electronics, and room air conditioners culminated in Marty becoming President/CEO of the Thomson Consumer Electronics (RCA/GE) Sales and Marketing Company, the number one company in consumer electronics in the US at that time with more than $3 billion turnover and 3600 employees. Marty turned around Genca, a manufacturer of wire and cable components. He was completely immersed in this subsidiary of General Cable as CEO for almost two years. Marty’s next assignment was as President and CEO of Electrolux Home Care Products NA where he implemented a complete restructuring of this $500 million a year business in 2004 and positioned the Company to successfully compete going forward. Following Electrolux, Marty became President/CEO of InnovAlarm, a high tech venture developing audio detection technology. After assignments as President/CEO at Emerson Radio Corporation and Vidikron Technologies Inc., Marty established The Children's Pompe Foundation with his son-in-law, a group that seeks a cure for a rare form of muscular dystrophy that affected two of his grandchildren. Because of the Foundation, a company was founded then acquired by Genzyme Inc, culminating in a federally approve drug for the disease. His grandchildren, who were given 3 months to live when initially diagnosed at 1 and 2- years old, are now healthy and living fulfilling lives. He is Chairman of the Board of GFR Consulting, a business process outsourcing company, and a member of the Board of Directors of InnovAlarm.
