Jim Mannebach
Jim's career began in public accounting at what is now Deloitte and Touche. After advancing to the level of Audit Manager, he left to continue his career at Emerson Electric, a large cap NYSE listed company. During his 15 years there, Jim progressed through multiple appointments including President and Group leadership roles at numerous business units across the country. Other key roles at Emerson included stints in business development where he participated in 100’s of acquisition and divestiture assessments and deals, as CFO of a business unit and later a global $3 billion business group, and as a Corporate Officer. While a Business Unit President, Jim led the successful transition of Emerson’s flow metering technology from mechanical to electronic based solutions, launching the next generation of industry leading metering product platforms. Jim next spent time with Roper Industries where he provided senior strategic and tactical leadership to a group of 6 industrial companies. Jim was heavily involved in the company’s acquisition efforts. From Roper, Jim moved to IMI, a British PLC, leading the Norgren business as President and CEO. During Jim’s 4+ year leadership tenure, the company saw its revenues double to over $1.1 billion while driving operating profits and asset returns to record levels. Most recently he co-founded a Chicago based private investment banking group focused on the acquisition of industrial and retail support businesses. Jim is a CPA, earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri and his MBA from Washington University in St Louis. He is a devoted to weight training and cardio development. He and his wife of 27 years, Michelle, are the parents of two children. They reside in St Louis, Missouri and Denver, Colorado.
