We do not do the Clients' job by proxy. The skills
and experiential transfer is implemented by them;
validated by us and we ratchet up the effort to maintain
a challenge that has to be met by the Client - not
by the Mentor.
After the initial year, we recommend a break before
considering a continuance (based on the next level
of need). If a project is underway mid-term then the
relationship can continue but we always seek to have
a defined sunset. A Business Mentoring relationship
can be re-established, but only after confirming that
during breaks the Client has acted independently and
grown organically without the Mentor.
