This online booking form constitutes a legally binding contract. In the unlikely event of the BLF being cancelled, the organisers will make a full refund but disclaim any further liability.

Cancellation Policy

100% refund: Cancellations received before and including 15th February 2010

75% refund: Cancellations received after 15th February and before and including 15th March 2010

50% refund: Cancellations received after 15th March and before and including 5th April 2010

25% refund: Cancellations received after 5th April and before and including 16th April 2010

0% refund: Cancellations received after 16th April 2010

Please note an appropriate level alternate delegate may be approved at the discretion of Merryck & Co. and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Merryck & Co. and PricewaterhouseCoopers as organisers of the BLF will adhere to the 8 Data Protection principles of good information handling as set out by the UK Information Commissioner. By registering, you are consenting to receive information about this event using any details provided above.

The information supplied in your registration will be retained by Merryck & Co. on a database and will be used to compile a delegate list to be distributed prior to the event.
